APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to COVID 19, the following rules have now been strictly enforced to insure the safety of all individuals present at the time of your appointment. It is imperative these policies are followed. Ample time will be alotted in between each appointment for proper disinfection of all tools and furniture. Please read the following rules:
1. Masks must be worn at all time (and prior to entering the studio).
2. No guests.
3. Blankets are not provided.
4. You will be required to wash your hands immediately upon entering the studio.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, If you have any flu/ cold-like or allergy symptoms. Please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with any of the above symptoms, the appointment will be canceled immediately and a late cancelation fee will be applied to your next appointment.
48 hour notice is required for canceling/rescheduling the appointment. Failure to provide 48 hour notice will result in immediate forfeit of deposit. Should you provide ample notice, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. Failure to provide any notice of cancelation (NO SHOW) will result in immediate forfeit of $100 deposit and a no show fee (50% of the service) which will be added to your next appointment should you choose to rebook.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in immediate cancelation of your appointment. This will be considered a no show and 50% of the service will be applied to your next appointment.
REFUND POLICY
There will be no refunds on any services rendered.

CONSULTATIONS
No charge.
PLEASE EMAIL 3 photos of brows when sending an inquiry for a PMU appointment.
Consultations are necessary in order to determine the proper technique and procedure for your skin type. Should you wish to move forward with booking a procedure APPOINTMENT, a $100 deposit must be payed To secure booking. Remaining amount will be due the day of appointment.
Please be advised, All appointments are on a first come first serve basis. Desired appointment time will not be secured without a deposit.
TOUCHUPS
Touchup appointment/touchup pricing are for current clients who had a full set procedure done by BXD PMU. All new clients with previous permanent makeup done by another artist will need to book full set appointments. Be advised, color correction pricing will be added to appointment if needed.
6-8 week touchup is NOT included in the initial appointment price.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All pre and after care instructions must be followed to ensure the best possible results. Failure to follow pre-appointment instructions will result in a immediate appointment cancellation. Deposit will not be returned nor transferred to secure a new appointment. A deposit of $100 must be payed to secure a new appointment date.
Color Correction procedure:
color corrections must be done if pre existing brow tattoos are red,blue or gray. An additional charge of $100 will be added on top of the service charge if color correction is needed.
